REFUNDS
At this time, we have a no refund policy. All booking fees, sales and registration purchases for all classes are final. Please ensure that the booking and/or training date and time are convenient for you to attend and that you do not anticipate any issues.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your consultation booking or registration for any class, please email us at facethefreightlogistics@gmail.com and leave a detailed message regarding why you had to cancel.
We do realize that there are medical and/or family emergencies that may cause an individual to not be able to make their scheduled consultation or training. We will review these circumstances on a case by case basis and will try to accommodate these specific individuals with a one on one training or with a different class date.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE ANOTHER SLOT WILL BE OPEN IF YOU MISS YOUR CONSULTATION AND/OR TRAINING DATE AND TIME.
